Cloudnexa Launches Bundled Cloud Management Solution on AWS
Cloudnexa has partnered with Trend Micro Inc., Sumo Logic and AppDynamics to launch a consolidated cloud management suite for Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS).
Announced on Tuesday, the Cloudnexa Premium Managed Services offering is aimed at midmarket customers and combines the Cloudnexa Cloud Management as a Service product with machine data analytics from Sumo Logic, application monitoring from AppDynamics and security capabilities from Trend Micro.
The Cloudnexa portion of the bundle also includes its vNOC cloud management platform, which features cloud-cost monitoring, real-time auditing and security governance.
Users can purchase the services as a single package through Philadelphia-based Cloudnexa, which is an authorized AWS reseller and Premier Consulting Partner. Customers will be billed for using the four companies' services on a single invoice.
"What makes this offering different is the 'as a Service' packaging, which delivers utility pricing, for a simple monthly fee equal to a percentage of the client's monthly AWS spend," said Cloudnexa CEO Joel Davne in a prepared statement. "No up-front investment is required."
Besides Cloudnexa products, the Premium Managed Services bundle includes the Sumo Logic Log Management and Analytics Service, which analyzes the entirety of a customer's log data, regardless of type, location or volume; the AppDynamics Application Intelligence Platform, which provides real-time application monitoring; and the Trend Micro Deep Security as a Service offering, which is specifically aimed at providing anti-malware, intrusion detection and other security capabilities to cloud customers.
