FireScope Analytics Gives Decision Support in Real Time
FireScope has extended its Unify business services management dashboard with the release of FireScope Analytics, a real-time "drag-and-drop analytics" service.
FireScope has extended its Unify business services management dashboard with the release of FireScope Analytics, a real-time "drag-and-drop analytics" service.
Analytics takes data amassed by the Unify appliance from the various connected platforms, databases, networks and applications existing in the physical or virtual environments. It can then quickly return results that can in turn be used for capacity planning based on an organization's best practices. The resulting aggregated data can then be formatted for immediate sharing through e-mail or instant message.
FireScope Unify itself ships as an appliance and uses several methods for monitoring and data collection: agents, direct API calls, integratiion with Enterprise Service Bus. It can collect data for a wide variety of networks, databases, applications, hardware, and security in physical, virtualized and cloud-based environments.
