VMTurbo Supports Microsoft Hyper-V

Virtualization management suite broadens scope of platform support by including Microsoft's hypervisor in the mix.

VMTurbo has expanded its virtualization management suite to include support for Microsoft's Hyper-V hypervisor.

VMTurbo is aimed primarily at MSPs and cloud service providers who need to collect performance metrics for cloud and virtualized services for clients above contracted service level agreements. The VMTurbo Virtualization Management Suite of tools comes packaged as a SUSE Linux-based virtual appliance.

Besides the Hyper-V support, VMTurbo can manage hypervisors from VMware, Citrix, as well as other vendor's hypervisor offerings.

VMTurbo comes in three editions: Community, which provides infrastructure monitoring, problem detection and reporting is free; Enterprise Operations Manager adds real-time optimization and capacity planning at $25/month per socket, or $5/month per VM; and Cloud Operations Manager can manage multiple datacenters and cloud environments at $49/month per socket, or $9/month per VM.
