Citrix Hosted MobileMail 3.0 Delivers

Citrix has released Hosted MobileMail 3.0, formerly known as Project GoldenGate. Hosted MobileMail incorporates e-mail, calendaring, and contacts into a mobile-friendly Windows application. Using Citrix Receiver from an enterprise datacenter, via Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop, IT organizations can deploy Hosted MobileMail once and securely deliver it to any mobile device, regardless of platform.
Hosted MobileMail integrates with Microsoft Exchange via Exchange Web Services (EWS). Because the mailbox data is stored in the datacenter, not on the device, the data is both highly mobile and secure.
With user experience in mind, mobile-focused features in Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop, and Citrix Receiver let Hosted MobileMail provide fast and secure connections and reconnections to hosted applications. Hosted MobileMail also dynamically delivers the user interface based on the smartphone or tablet being used, ensuring the appropriate layout, touch-responsiveness, and integration with the local phone dialer.
