In addition to his technical guidance on projects, Matt also manages a team of architects and consultants who are industry subject matter experts (SMEs) in the technology and solutions to better align with customers' needs in an ever-changing technology landscape. He delivers business and strategic insights to the greater consulting organization in short feedback loops to ensure the best solution for each customer.
