Frank is a Senior Field Architect at Insight, with extensive experience in DoD, enterprise architecture, ITOM, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. A former CTO and Technical VP, Frank understands our clients’ daily challenges and how to transform operations from a traditional structure into a center for innovation and excellence. He holds Engineering, Telecommunications, and Business degrees from Penn State University, as well as many industry certifications over 30+ years of experience.

Sam Richman — Associate Principal Solution Architect, Red Hat

Sam is an Associate Principal Solution Architect at Red Hat focused on aerospace and defense with over 25 years of experience supporting US Civilian and Defense agencies’ enterprise and mission systems, both in the Federal service and in multiple industry roles. Sam uses his extensive background in application/network/data architectures and cybersecurity both in support of defense mission partners as well as a member of the global Red Hat zero trust community of practice.
