Microsoft vs. Salesforce, Round 2
When Microsoft CRM exec Matt Miszewski fled Redmond for Salesforce.com, Microsoft filed suit claiming the move violated Miszewski's non-compete agreement.
Now in a new motion, Microsoft is accusing the ex-employee of stealing Microsoft data -- to the tune of some 25,000 pages (wonder if he had them stored in a cloud somewhere, filled a hard drive or just walked out with about a dozen wheelbarrows full of printouts?)
The 600 megabytes of information contained content concerning Microsoft's cloud plans. Miszewski claimed late last year that all he left Microsoft with was some personal items.
My guess is there is an interesting forensics trail that will prove one party right.
