vCloud Express Gets Monitoring Capabilities
Monitoring, reporting on public cloud services provided through partnership with Goliath Technologies.
VirtaCore Systems announced that vCloud Express users will be able to get detailed information that can help with improving performance, security and compliance of public cloud services. The company through a release published last week said those capabilities would come as a result of a partnership with Goliath Technologies and its MonitorIT product suite.
vCloud Express users can now get detailed performance reports for public cloud servers and systems, including whether those systems and services are secured and in regulatory compliance. the MonitorIT-based reports can be especially useful for providing evidence that public clouds have been meeting service-level agreement obligations. MonitorIT comes with pre-configured Watch rules, which can be used to monitor systems upon installation, and can be set up to send alerts to e-mail or to mobile devices.
