Spotlight on Nexthink Experience 24

I have been on a tear lately about upcoming IT conferences. I have written articles on KubeCon, VMware Explore, and EUCWorld. I want to add one more to the list: Nexthink Experience 24, which will be held at the Westin Boston Seaport Oct. 15-16 and for those on the other side of the pond in London Nov. 5-6.

I have been thinking and writing a lot about digital employee experience (DEX) platforms lately (you can read my article on DEX here), so of course, Nexthink, a founder, innovator, and leader in DEX annual conference, caught my eye. Another aspect of this conference that caught my eye was it's free, although there will be a nominal charge to attend "Learning Paths."

About Nexthink
Before getting into the details of the conference, we should talk a bit about Nexthink.

Nexthink has a rich history with EUC as it was founded 20 years ago in Lausanne, Switzerland, by Pedro Bados and Vincent Bieri. Initially, the company focused on real-time endpoint monitoring and analytics with a twist where they emphasized trying to understand the user's perspective of how this data impacts them.

Over the years, Nexthink has evolved its platform to incorporate advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven insights, expanding its capabilities beyond traditional IT monitoring to include comprehensive digital employee experience management. Today, Nexthink serves thousands of organizations worldwide, helping them enhance productivity, reduce IT costs, and improve overall employee satisfaction by providing deep visibility and actionable insights into the digital workplace by providing real-time alerting, diagnostic and analytics, automation and remediation, and DEX scoring.

The Conference
Nexthink Experience 24 will be dedicated to exploring the future of digital employee experience (DEX) and the role of technology in enhancing workplace productivity and end-user satisfaction. This event brings IT leaders, industry experts, and thought leaders to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in EUC and DEX. With a focus on practical strategies about the knowledge and tools IT professionals need to drive digital transformation within their organizations.

The conference agenda shows that the keynote speeches will include the CEO, chief product officer, CMO, and chief customer officer of Nexthink.

There will also be panel discussions and interactive workshops led by industry pioneers and Nexthink experts. These sessions will cover various topics, including the impact of artificial intelligence and machine learning on DEX, strategies for improving employee engagement through better IT support, and case studies showcasing successful digital workplace transformations. Participants can engage in discussions, share experiences, and network with peers equally passionate about optimizing the digital work environment.

In addition to the sessions, the conference will have hands-on demonstrations of Nexthink products. During these sessions, attendees can work with these new features, learn about upcoming innovations, and receive personalized guidance on leveraging Nexthink's platform to achieve their specific business goals.

DEX Certification
As mentioned above, at Experience 24, you can also take a learning path that will lead to a certification in DEX Transformation or DEX Automation.

DEX is really starting to grow and take a firm footing within the EUC community, and leaders in the field, like Nexthink, are aggressive about spreading the word about it.

Should You Go
If you are based in Boston and have any interest in DEX whatsoever, and if you deal with end-user computing, you should plan on attending this FREE event. If you are on the East Coast and are starting to explore DEX, I think you should strongly consider it.

If you need hotel accommodation, Nexthink has secured a limited number of rooms at the Westin Boston Seaport at $359 per night, but a quick search found lower-priced accommodations near the venue.

More Information about the event can be found here.
